Art therapy and psychotherapy in a reflective, non-judgmental space

Welcome

La Renaissance, meaning rebirth, reflects both the inspiration behind the name of this practice and its understanding of therapeutic change as a process of transformation and renewal. Drawing from the Renaissance era—a historical moment of regeneration following profound disruption—this approach views healing not as the erasure of the past, but as the shaping of meaning through experience. Through psychotherapy and art therapy, lived experiences, emotional challenges, and psychological patterns—including unconscious processes, internal conflicts, and relational dynamics—are given form and explored symbolically.

Places to Get Started

“Everyone discusses my art and pretends to understand, as if it were necessary to understand, when it is simply necessary to love.” — Claude Monet

Art Therapy

Artistic expression becomes a medium through which what is difficult to articulate verbally may emerge, allowing inner experience to be seen, reflected upon, and re-understood. In this way, art therapy serves as a bridge between inner experience and action, supporting insight, integration, and personal agency.

Group Therapy

Group therapy’s effectiveness lies in its ability to help you find connections with other people and their experiences. These therapist-guided sessions will help you learn more about yourself and how to improve the way you feel while feeling support from others who understand your experience.

“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung

This depth-oriented approach supports greater emotional understanding and psychological integration in the present. Engaging in this kind of therapy can be challenging, particularly when working with trauma or long-standing relational patterns. Over time, however, the process can foster a deeper sense of self, increased emotional flexibility, and a renewed connection to creativity and vitality. Therapy becomes a space not only for insight, but for meaningful inner change and personal renewal. Art therapy requires no prior art experience and centers on free expression as a way to explore inner life when words are not enough.
